The Copeland Outdoor Series condensing unit, model ZXLE-075E-TFD-454, is designed for demanding low-temperature applications in refrigeration and is ideally suited as a replacement for models ZXLE-075E-TFD-452, -453 and -600. Equipped with a high-performance ZXI21KCE-TFD scroll compressor, the unit delivers a reliable cooling capacity of approx. 6.36 kW with a power consumption of 4.74 kW.
The unit operates with fixed capacity control and is compatible with the refrigerants R-404A, R-407A, R-407F, R-448A and R-449A. Two integrated fans, with an airflow rate of 1.64 m³/s, ensure efficient heat dissipation and stable operating conditions.
Power is supplied via a three-phase system at 380–420 V (50 Hz) or 460 V (60 Hz). The maximum operating current is 14.6 A, whilst the starting current is 101 A. With a sound pressure level of just 41 dBA at a distance of 10 m, the condensing unit is also suitable for noise-sensitive applications.
The robust casing, with a net weight of 121 kg and dimensions of 1035 x 447 x 1244 mm, ensures a high level of operational reliability and durability. The integrated drain pan capacity is 5.9 litres. The permissible operating pressure is 21 bar on the low-pressure side and 28.8 bar on the high-pressure side.
