Take a Photo: The Nameplate or Spare Part should be clearly recognisable in the Photo.
Send a Photo directly with Your Enquiry: Enclosed in your first enquiry so that we can start the search immediately.
Describe the Spare Part in More Detail: Give us as many details as possible to make the search more precise.

How to find the Rting Plate:

You will usually find the type plate in a visible location directly on the appliance*. Sometimes you have to remove the appliance to find the rating plate. Take a close look at the rating plate. Can you find a model designation?

Inside after opening Doors / Flaps
On the Side of open Doors / Flaps
Hidden behind Additional Panels

No Type Plate or not Legible?

The Model or a copy of the Rating Plate can often be found on the operating instructions or the warranty certificate for the Appliance. Old purchase receipts and invoices often also contain the Model Designation.
