Description
PERKEO ROCKY expander set metric, 10-12-15-16-18-22mm
The PERKEO ROCKY expander is a robust hand expander made from high-quality forged steel - developed for the efficient and standard-compliant production of sockets in refrigeration, air conditioning, heating and installation technology. Ideal for professionals who want to make sockets themselves - fast, precise, fitting-free.
Technical details
- Robust pipe expander made of forged steel for expanding copper, aluminium and mild steel pipes for the efficient production of standard-compliant sockets.
- Complete set including pipe expander and 6 expander heads in a sheet steel box.
- Precise calibration
- Rugged quality
- A professional tool for everyday use!
- Made in Germany
- Pipe Ø mm/inch: 10 - 12 - 15 - 16 - 18 - 22 mm
- kg: 3.75
- mm: 440x200x60
- Equipped with 6 quick-change expander heads, it allows the safe and even expansion and calibration of copper pipes - without any fittings.
- This saves material costs, storage space, procurement costs and working time.
- A particular advantage of the PERKEO ROCK expander set lies in the fittingless connection technology: only one soldering point is required, which significantly reduces the use of soldering material.
- The extra-long sockets are created thanks to the 6-surface expanding mandrel and the extended segment guide and meet the requirements of the DVGW - for a safe and standard-compliant connection.
- The ROCKY expander heads are equipped with a calibration attachment and are therefore not only suitable for the ROCKY system, but also for many other brands - this ensures maximum compatibility on the construction site.
- The robust, torsion-free pliers design with ergonomically shaped handles and power transmission mechanism enables particularly comfortable, fatigue-free working - even with frequent use.
- Another plus point is the quick, tool-free change of the ROCKY expander heads, which guarantees a quick and efficient workflow.
- The specially shaped attachment on the expanding heads also ensures maximum precision, allowing even non-round pipe ends to be precisely calibrated.
Advantages and benefits
- Fittingless connection technology saves material costs and time.
- Ergonomic design enables fatigue-free working.
- Fast, tool-free changing of the expander heads for an efficient workflow.
- Maximum compatibility thanks to the calibration approach of the expander heads.
