The Copeland ZFD25KVE-TFD-591 is a digital, hermetic scroll compressor for low-temperature refrigeration applications and is ideally suited to deep-freeze systems. Thanks to integrated digital capacity modulation and EVI (Enhanced Vapour Injection) technology, it offers high efficiency, precise capacity control and excellent operational reliability for commercial and industrial refrigeration systems.

Product features 

• Copeland ZF and ZFD scroll compressors are designed for low-temperature refrigeration applications using the refrigerants R407A/F, R448A, R449A and R404A (and, in some cases, R134a).
• Wide evaporation temperature range from approx. −40 °C to +7 °C, specially optimised for deep-freeze applications.
• Scroll flexibility mechanism ensures high robustness, even in the event of occasional liquid slugging.
• Series with variants for liquid injection, vapour injection (EVI) and combinations designed to limit discharge temperature and to increase capacity and efficiency.
• ZFD models offer digital, stepless capacity modulation from approx. 10 % to 100 % for highly precise temperature and pressure control – ideal for refrigeration systems, cooling units, and process and agricultural applications.
