The entire Antifrogen series is certified according to EN ISO 9001. Antifrogen should always be diluted with water before use. The water should not contain more than 100 mg / kg (ppm) Chloride.
Antifrogen N
Antifrogen N is a light yellow antifreeze liquid based on ethylene glycol with good anti-corrosive properties and leak detection, which is used, for example, as a heat transfer medium in closed heating systems, heat pumps and as a cooling medium in industrial refrigeration systems. Antifrogen N diluted with water can be used at a temperature range from -35 ° C to + 150 ° C. The recommended minimum concentration to ensure adequate corrosion protection is 20% and corresponds to a frost protection of -10 ° C.
Antifrogen L
Antifrogen L is a light blue antifreeze liquid based on propylene glycol with a corrosion protection effect, which has been approved for use as an extinguishing agent by the German certification company (VdS Schadenverhütung). Antifrogen L is used as an antifreeze for cooling, heating and solar systems, as a cooling medium in the food and pharmaceutical sectors, e.g. in breweries, dairies, ice cream factories, freezers, fish processing plants, etc. Furthermore, Antifrogen L is officially approved as an extinguishing agent for automatic fire extinguishers. Antifrogen L diluted with water can be used at a temperature range of -25 ° C to + 150 ° C. The optimal dilution to ensure adequate corrosion protection is 25%, which means that the mixture is frost-resistant down to -10 ° C.
Antifrogen KF
Antifrogen KF is a colorless, aqueous solution based on the potassium salt of formic acid. The energy-efficient liquid with low viscosity has been specially developed for the freezer range down to -50 ° C and is preferred for food-related applications. Possible applications: deep-freeze storage rooms in the food industry, freezers in grocery stores, cooling circuits in production: process cooling. Antifrogen KF is designed for maximum frost resistance and also contains a corrosion protection additive - a non-toxic substance that is free from nitrates and amines and offers ideal protection against corrosion in the system. The recommended minimum concentration to ensure adequate corrosion protection is 50% and corresponds to a frost protection of -20 ° C.
The product can be supplied in 10 L, 19 L, 30 L and 60 L plastic containers.
