The premium refrigerant hose set comprises 3 patented 1/4" barrier hoses (5 ft) in red, yellow and blue. It is ideal for the safe and efficient charging, recovery and evacuation of H/CFC, HFC and HFO refrigerants, as well as R410A, R134a and R1234yf in air-conditioning and refrigeration systems in both domestic and commercial settings.

• Handy set of three patented 1/4" barrier hoses (5 ft) in red, yellow and blue with 1/4" SAE straight connectors and a 5/16" valve.
• Straight connector (solid brass, aluminium knob) 1/4" SAE.
• SAFEMATE fitting (solid brass, aluminium knob) 5/16".
• The yellow hose features a ball valve instead of a SAFEMATE valve.
• Hose permeation rate: 1.01 lbs/ft²/year (4.9 kg/m²/year).
• Burst pressure: 4,000 psi (27.6 MPa).
• Max. operating pressure 800 psi (5.51 MPa).
• Each hose (except the yellow one) has a patented, T-shaped SAFEMATE valve/fitting at one end and an open straight connection at the other end.
• The T-shaped SAFEMATE valve features a screw-in core plunger that only allows the refrigerant to flow once the knurled brass fitting on the service port has been fully tightened.
• Protects the technician’s hands from frostbite.
• Prevents refrigerants from escaping into the atmosphere.
• Once connected, the T-SAFEMATE valve rotates with the brass nut, ensuring that the connection does not come loose when the hose is moved during charging, recovery or evacuation procedures.
• The inner barrier layer significantly reduces refrigerant losses compared with conventional hoses.
