CPS BLACKMAX Pipe Bending Set BTB300M – metric 6–22 mm
The CPS BLACKMAX BTB300M is a professional metric pipe bender set for soft copper and aluminium pipes from 6 to 22 mm. The set is particularly suitable for installation and servicing work in refrigeration, air-conditioning and heat pump technology and enables controlled bends of up to 90°.
The ratchet mechanism allows pipes to be bent precisely and with controlled force. A particular advantage is the ability to use the tool for both forward and reverse bends. This enables work to be carried out even in confined installation spaces where there is little room for manoeuvre with a conventional pipe bender.

Particularly when installing air-conditioning, refrigeration and heat pump systems, copper pipework often needs to be adapted to the existing pipework layout in confined spaces. The BTB300M covers several common metric pipe diameters with just one tool system.
The reverse bending function further expands the range of applications: by changing the bending configuration, pipe bends can also be created where space constraints make normal forward bending difficult.
Quick changeover thanks to colour coding
The bending components are assigned to the respective pipe diameters via a colour-coding system. This facilitates quick switching between different pipe sizes and makes the BTB300M particularly attractive for technicians who regularly work with different pipe dimensions.
