The Embraco EM2C46CLT compressor is a hermetically sealed piston compressor for refrigeration applications in the low pressure range (LBP – Low Back Pressure). It was specially developed for energy-efficient refrigerators and freezers and is optimised for use with the environmentally friendly refrigerant R600a (isobutane).
Product description
The compressor has a compact, robust design in which the motor and compressor unit are integrated in a hermetically sealed housing. This ensures reliable, low-maintenance operation and low noise emissions.
Equipped with an RSCR motor (Resistance Start – Capacitor Run), the model is particularly suitable for applications with low starting torque (LST). The design for capillary tube systems enables simple integration into classic cooling systems.Technical data
