In 2005, Modine acquired the ECO Group, a renowned manufacturer of evaporators and condensers for refrigeration and air conditioning technology. Previously, ECO was part of Luvata, a multinational company active in the fields of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, automotive welding, superconductors and battery cabling.
