The EVCO EV3802N7 is a compact electronic temperature controller for professional use in shock freezers. Thanks to its robust design and the IP65 protection class on the front, the device is ideal for demanding environments in commercial refrigeration and catering technology.
The controller is operated with 230 V AC and supports both NTC and PTC temperature controllers. In addition, it has a separate input for a core temperature sensor, which enables precise monitoring of the product temperature.
The temperature is displayed via a 3½-digit digital display. The measuring range extends from -40 to +105 °C. Two integrated relay outputs enable flexible control of cooling components.
