Functional features:
- Maximum operating pressure: 46 bar
- Compatible with CHCs, CFCs, HFCs, CO2, as well as with their oils and associated additives
- Bidirectional filter drier with:
- High acid absorption -> Large capacity of moisture absorption and acid neutralisation at any temperature
- Very low pressure drop, thanks to a system of internal flaps patented by CARLY, which ensure an optimal distribution of flows in the circuit.
- No release of impurities inside the dryers during the reversal of the circuit.
- The initial drying capacity is guaranteed by heating the solid body to 200 °C and closing it with sealing caps.
- Hermetically sealed outer jacket made of painted steel, which ensures corrosion resistance.
- Filtering at the outlet prevents the dispersion of particles larger than 25 µ in the refrigerant circuit with very low load loss.
- No desorption, even at high temperatures.
- The dimensions of the filter driers are compatible with most products on the market.
- Installation is possible in all positions.
- The steel copper connections to be used up to a diameter of 3/4'' - 18 mm inch included facilitate soldering and allow the use of low silver content solder.
Application:
- For filtering and drying refrigerants and neutralising acids for liquid lines in refrigeration and air conditioning systems with reversible circuits, such as heat pumps.
