Functional features:
- The products are compatible with CHCs, CFCs, HFCs, CO2, as well as with their oils and associated additives. They are designed for use with non-hazardous refrigerants of group 2 of PED 2014/68/EU. For the use of CARLY components with Group I fluids of the hydrocarbon type - propane R290, butane R600, isobutane R600a, propylene R1270 - with HFCs and transcritical CO2 and for an application of organic cycle of RANKINE, please contact CARLY technical service.
- The classification of the products according to their volume in EC categories is shown in the table of PED 2014/68/EU.
- The filtering at the outlet prevents the dispersion of particles larger than 150 ? in the refrigerant circuit with very low load loss.
- The tapered 1/4" NPT female thread and the attachment on the housing flange allow the installation of a test connection or a pressure valve.
- The conical thread and the seal compatible with all HFC, CFC, CHC and CO2 products ensure complete tightness of the housing flange.
Application;
- For filtering and drying refrigerants and for neutralising acids for liquid lines in refrigeration and air conditioning systems.
- The dryer housings with replacement block inserts allow only the active components of the filter dryer to be replaced.
