Functional features:
- The products are compatible with CO2, as well as with their oils and associated additives. They are designed for the use of non-hazardous refrigerants of group 2 of PED 2014/68/EU.
- The classification of the products according to their volume in EC categories is shown in the table of PED 2014/68/EU.
- The filtering at the outlet prevents the spread of particles larger than 150 µ in the refrigerant circuit with very low load loss.
- The conical 1/4" NPT internal thread and the attachment on the housing flange enable the installation of a test connection or a pressure valve.
- The flange cover seals perfectly thanks to the circumferential metal nose and the O-ring seal, which is designed for CO2 and the possible phenomenon of explosive pressure reduction with this refrigerant.
Application:
- For filtering and drying refrigerants and neutralising acids for liquid lines in refrigeration and air conditioning systems, for operation in transcritical CO2 high-pressure systems
- The dryer housings with replacement block inserts allow only the active components of the filter dryer to be replaced.
