Product description

The WZ100 installation aid for air-conditioning indoor units significantly simplifies the installation, maintenance and servicing of split air-conditioning systems. The two mounting brackets are hooked directly onto the wall-mounted plate that has already been fixed in place and hold the indoor unit at an open angle. This ensures there is sufficient working space between the air-conditioning unit and the wall, and leaves both hands free for the actual connection work.

Particularly when fitting refrigerant pipes, flared connections, condensate drains and electrical connections, the mounting bracket ensures significantly better access to the rear of the indoor air-conditioning unit. The unit does not need to be held by hand or propped up temporarily whilst the work is being carried out.

The brackets, which come in different lengths, can be adapted to many standard wall mounts for mini-split air conditioning units. The mounting aids are secured to the mounting plate via the integrated springs. The adjustable opening angle of approx. 23° to 45° allows for comfortable working during installation and servicing.

Easy to use

First, securely and completely fix the air conditioner’s original mounting plate to the wall. Then hook the small mounting bracket onto the right-hand side and the large mounting bracket onto the left-hand side of the wall bracket, securing each with the spring.

The air conditioning indoor unit can then be hooked into the mounting brackets. This ensures that the unit remains at an angle away from the wall, making cables and connections easily accessible. Once the work is complete, the mounting brackets are removed and the indoor unit is fully locked into place on the wall bracket.

Important note

Before use, the air conditioner’s wall mounting plate must be fully, correctly aligned and securely fixed to the wall. The mounting aid must not be used for indoor air-conditioning units weighing more than 30 kg or with a capacity of more than 30,000 BTU/h .
