The KOMPACT-ATEX-TOUCH/180-100 automatic filling station from Wigam is a compact, ATEX-certified testing, vacuum and filling system for professional use in service applications and in small-scale production environments. The unit has been specially developed for the safe handling of flammable refrigerants (e.g. R290, R600a, R1270) and meets the requirements of ATEX Zone 2 (CE II 3G IIB T3 Gc).

The station features a modern touchscreen display with automated workflows for leak testing, evacuation and precise refrigerant charging. An integrated database containing over 50 refrigerants, along with predefined cycles, enables efficient and reproducible processes.

Equipped with a high-performance two-stage ATEX vacuum pump (RS9D-EX, 180 l/min), a high-precision vacuum gauge and an integrated electronic balance with a capacity of up to 100 kg, the system offers the highest level of measurement and charging accuracy. Charging accuracy is ±2 g for small quantities and ±0.1% for larger charges.

Thanks to integrated bottle holders, a carrying handle and castors, the unit is portable and ideal for flexible service work. The robust construction and standardised connections (1/4" SAE, 5/16", 1/2" ACME) ensure a high level of operational reliability and compatibility in day-to-day use.
