Technical details:- Solder connection: 7/8" - 22 mm
- Compatible with CHCs, CFCs, HFCs, CO2 and their oils
- Suitable for non-hazardous refrigerants of group 2 according to PED 2014/68/EU
- LCY and LCYE models to ensure the separation of gaseous and liquid refrigerants
- LCY-ST with 316L stainless steel casing and connections for improved durability and corrosion protection
Advantages and benefits:
The LCY and LCYE liquid separators effectively prevent liquid refrigerant and large quantities of oil from flowing back into the compressor on the suction side. Particularly recommended for systems with frequent temperature fluctuations, long pipework lengths and reverse circuits.
The LCYE models with heat exchanger are ideal for systems with low compressor suction gas superheat, such as liquid chillers, freezer cabinets and vehicle refrigeration. The heat exchanger enables faster evaporation of the liquid if the liquid separator is mounted outside.
