Liquid separator with heat exchanger Carly LCYE 25 S Solder connection 5/8"

Functional features:
- The products are compatible with CHCs, CFCs, HFCs, CO2, as well as with their oils and associated additives. They are designed for use with non-hazardous refrigerants of group 2 of PED 2014/68/EU. For the use of CARLY components with group 1 hydrocarbon fluids - propane R290, butane R600, isobutane R600a, propylene R1270 - with HFCs and transcritical CO2 and for an organic cycle application of RANKINE, please contact CARLY technical service.
- The product classification in CE categories is done according to PED 2014/68/EU table, according to the volumetric design.
- LCY and LCYE liquid separators are designed to ensure the separation of the gaseous and liquid refrigerant. Only gaseous refrigerant is drawn in by the compressor.
- Reduces vibrations in the low-pressure range
- LCY-ST: 316L stainless steel housing and connections (improved resistance to corrosion and very low temperatures)

Applications:
- Prevents the suction-side backflow of liquid refrigerant and large quantities of oil into the compressor in refrigeration and air conditioning systems.
- The use of LCY and LCYE liquid separators is particularly recommended for:
systems with frequent temperature fluctuations
long pipework lengths
systems with reverse circuits.
- The use of LCYE liquid separators with heat exchangers is particularly recommended for:
systems with low suction gas superheating of the compressor (liquid chillers, freezer cabinets, vehicle refrigeration, etc.)...
For systems where the liquid separator is mounted outside (in this case, the heat exchanger allows the liquid to evaporate more quickly).
