Mitsubishi Heavy RCN-E2 infrared remote control
The Mitsubishi Heavy RCN-E2 is an infrared remote control designed for the convenient operation of compatible indoor units. It allows up to 16 indoor units to be operated simultaneously and offers all the essential functions for day-to-day air-conditioning operation.
Functions
- Switching the indoor unit on/off
- Setting the target temperature: 18–30 °C
- Selecting the operating mode (e.g. cooling, heating, automatic, dehumidifying, ventilation – depending on the unit type)
- Setting the fan speed
- Automatic, continuous adjustment of the air outlet angle (Auto Swing)
- Manual selection and locking of the air deflector position
- Setting and displaying the current time
- Filter signal display and filter reset function
- Control of up to 16 indoor units in parallel (group control)
Design and compatibility
- IR remote control comprising a transmitter unit
- IR receiver already integrated into compatible indoor units
- Single IR transmitter; not suitable for FDK models
