Functional features:
- The products are compatible with CHCs, CFCs, HFCs, CO2, as well as with their oils and associated additives. They are designed for use with non-hazardous refrigerants of group 2 of PED 2014/68/EU. For the use of CARLY components with group 1 fluids of the hydrocarbon type - propane R290, butane R600, isobutane R600a, propylene R1270 - with HFCs and transcritical CO2 and for an application of organic cycle of RANKINE, please contact the CARLY technical service.
- The classification of products according to their volume in EC categories is shown in the table of PED 2014/68/EU.
- Hermetically sealed outer casing made of painted steel, which ensures corrosion resistance.
- The suction line filter housings can also be compatible with CCY N cleaning block inserts using CCY A sealing rings.
- The conical 1/4" NPT internal thread and the attachment on the housing flange enable the installation of a test connection or a pressure valve.
- The tapered thread and the seal compatible with all HFC, CFC, CHC and CO2 products ensure complete tightness of the housing flange
Application:
- For cleaning, decontamination and protection of refrigerant circuits in refrigeration and air conditioning systems.
- The suction line filter housings with replaceable block inserts allow only the active components of the filters to be replaced.
