The CPS service valve TLVCD1, with 1/4″ MFL x 1/4″ FFL connections, provides safe and convenient access to refrigerant circuits during service, maintenance and diagnostic work. The valve can be connected without immediately actuating the Schrader valve, thereby minimising refrigerant loss during maintenance.
The integrated, locked valve core opener protects the Schrader valve from damage. With its compact 58 mm profile, the TLVCD1 is particularly suitable for work in hard-to-reach areas and in confined installation spaces.
The access valve is made of solid brass and is therefore designed for daily use in refrigeration and air-conditioning servicing. It is compatible with all refrigerants and refrigerant oils and offers a maximum working pressure of 41 bar / 600 psi.
