The CPS Service Valve TLVCD2, with 5/16″ MFL x 5/16″ FFL connections, enables controlled access to refrigerant circuits during installation, servicing and maintenance work. The valve can be connected before the Schrader valve is operated. This helps to minimise potential refrigerant loss during installation and servicing.
The integrated, locked valve core opener ensures gentle handling of Schrader valves and helps to protect them from damage. The compact design, with a length of just 58 mm, facilitates use in confined and hard-to-reach areas.
The CPS TLVCD2 features a robust construction made from solid brass and is designed for reliable use in day-to-day refrigeration and air-conditioning servicing. The access valve is compatible with all refrigerants and refrigerant oils and is rated for an operating pressure of up to 55 bar / 800 psi.
