Holds a refrigerant pressure of 850 psi/59 bar 12 minutes after bonding (20 minutes for aluminium)

Holds 1200 psi/84 bar refrigerant pressure – fully cured

Bonding time in 1 minute for aluminium and is set in 4 minutes

Ca. 2 hours is fully cured and withstands a refrigerant pressure of 84 bar/1200 psi

Set-up begins in 20 seconds and forms a solid connection in 3 minutes

Makes approximately 200 connections on ½”pipes

Temperature range 54° to 176°C (-65° to 350°F)

Adhesive strength (ASTM 4541): Pull apart 1500 foot-pounds/207 kg-metres, rotation 450 foot-pounds/62 kg-metres

*As with any product, effectiveness can and will diminish when exposed to the elements. It is recommended to store HVAC Super Pro after opening with the cap removed until the technician has finished their work. This will ensure that the product is exposed to oxygen. When closing the bottle, wipe the spilled HVAC Super Pro off the cap and bottle, close the bottle tightly and store it upright. Depending on temperature and humidity, HVAC Super Pro will remain stable for a longer period of time. The chemical reaction takes place in the absence of oxygen. Therefore, the bottle is only 1/3 full on delivery.
