The housing of the VENTS TT series is made of ABS plastic, the housing of the VENTS TT PRO series is made of flame retardant polypropylene. The central unit, consisting of the motor, impeller and terminal box, is attached to the fan sockets by means of hose clips, making it easy and simple to maintain the fans without having to dismantle and dismantle the fan. The central unit can be quickly and easily removed from the housing for maintenance purposes. All VENTS TT and VENTS TT PRO models can be equipped with a follower switch, variably adjustable from 2 to 30 minutes. The casing of the TT PRO fan is made of flame-retardant plastic. Thanks to the conical impeller and the specially shaped profile of the impeller blades, the airflow's circular speed increases, which also ensures higher pressure and air flow rate compared to conventional axial fans. The air funnel, the specially designed impeller and the guide vanes at the outlet of the fan use distribute the air flow in such a way that the best combination of volume flow and high pressure is achieved with low noise levels. The models of the VENTS TT series are equipped with single-phase or two-phase motors. Some standard sizes are available with a high performance engine (VENTS TT... S) and some standard sizes are available. The models of the VENTS TT PRO series have two-stage single-phase motors with low energy consumption and thermal overload protection. The ball bearings ensure a long service life of the motor and are designed for 40,000 operating hours. Motor protection type: IP X4.   Speed controlThe two-stage motor can be controlled via the built-in speed switch (option V) or via the external speed switch P2-1-300 (special accessory). The external speed switch P2-5,0 (special accessory) is recommended for multi-stage motors. After the temperature has dropped below the thermostat set point, the fan switches to the set, lower speed. To prevent frequent speed changes, if the air temperature in the ventilation pipe is identical to the thermostat setpoint, the speed change-over delay is activated. Depending on the situation, one of the two delay functions is used: 1 Temperature-controlled delay function (option U): If the air temperature rises by 2 °C above the adjusted temperature set point, the fan switches to the maximum speed. After the temperature is lowered below the thermostat setpoint, the fan switches over to the set, lower speed. This control mode guarantees the temperature maintenance with an accuracy of 2 °C. Speed changeovers are limited 2 Time-controlled delay function (option U1): If the air temperature rises above the set temperature set point, the fan switches to maximum speed. At the same time, the delay timer for 5 minutes is activated. After the temperature has dropped below the thermostat set point and after a delay of 5 minutes has elapsed, the fan changes over to the set, lower speed. This control logic ensures precise temperature control. In comparison to the temperature-controlled delay logic (U option), the speed switching frequency is more frequent, but the minimum running time per speed is 5 minutes.
