Soldering adapter for flaring x soldering Carly KRCY 34 S, 1/2" SAE x 3/8" ODF

Features:
- Maximum operating pressure 46 bar.
- Compared to conventional connections (flaring the copper pipe), the soldering adapters offer:
a higher airtightness
faster installation speed
allow components to be replaced more frequently and more cheaply without damaging or deforming the pipework, which are often the cause of refrigerant leaks.

Functional features:
- The products can be used with HFCs, CFCs, CHCs and CO² as well as with all associated oils and additives. The products are designed for use with non-hazardous refrigerants of group 2 PED 2014/68/EU. For use of Carly components with hydrocarbon group 1 fluids - Propane R290, Butane R600, Isobutane R600a, Propylene R1270 with HFO's and transcritical CO² and for ORC application please contact Carly technical department.
- The product classification in CE categories is according to the PED 2014/68/EU table, depending on the nominal diameter
- The soldering adapters consist of a brass tube for soldering, a brass nut and a copper gasket with centring aid (except KRCY 6 S/MMS)
- The brass tube is soldered to the tube at the soldering end and screwed to the component with the nut at the other end; the guided copper gasket is inserted into the specially designed recess on the flared side.
- Each size is supplied in plastic bags of 10 complete sets. To prevent any damage, the 10 copper seals are packed separately in a cardboard box.

Application:
- The soldering adapters can be used for all pipe components with SAE flared connections in refrigeration and air conditioning systems.
- They guarantee perfect tightness even after repeated replacement of the components and thus simplify service work.
