Functional features:
- The products are compatible with CHCs, CFCs, HFCs, CO2, as well as with their oils and associated additives. They are designed for use with non-hazardous refrigerants of group 2 of PED 2014/68/EU. For the use of CARLY components with group 1 fluids of the hydrocarbon type - propane R290, butane R600, isobutane R600a, propylene R1270 - with HFCs and transcritical CO2 and for an application of organic cycle of RANKINE, please contact the CARLY technical service.
- The classification of the products according to their nominal size in EC categories is shown in the table of PED 2014/68/EU.
- They consist of a flexible stainless steel hose with a steep corrugated profile, welded on both sides and covered with a stainless steel wire braid.
- Nickel-plated steel connections of the standard models, for screwing SAE, for soldering ODF.
- Standard lengths: 1 metre and 1.5 metres.
- The flexible hoses are cleaned, dried and individually shrink-wrapped in plastic film.

Applications:
- For flexible connection of mobile or fixed components in refrigeration and air conditioning systems.
- For separating the equipment in a system to prevent the transmission of vibrations.
- They compensate for the dimensional deviations of the pipework and thus prevent mechanical stresses.
- Particularly suitable for:
- Mobile refrigeration equipment, such as display cabinets
- Installations where components have to be removed for cleaning
- All installations, refrigeration systems or air conditioning systems that contain a moving part
- Replacement of conventional copper pipework in cases where soldering is very difficult (e.g. counter cooling) Time saving
