• Copeland ZH scroll compressors are fixed-speed heating compressors for heat pump and reversible applications using R410A, R407C (and, in some cases, R134a/R513A)
• The series is based on three platform sizes and covers a capacity range from approximately 4 kW to 38 kW
• ZH heating compressors are optimised for low evaporation temperatures, deliver high heating capacity and efficiency, and thus reduce the need for supplementary electric or gas-fired heating – resulting in correspondingly better seasonal efficiency
• Variants with ‘Enhanced Vapour Injection’ (EVI) feature an additional connection for vapour injection during compression
• This extends the heating capacity and operating range and enables high flow temperatures, often making them suitable as a replacement for conventional boilers
