The tried-and-tested Copeland ZR series

The Copeland ZR series has been developed for comfort, process and precision cooling and covers a wide range of capacities. The compressors are characterised by a compact design, low vibration levels and high seasonal efficiency.

For higher capacity requirements, Copeland offers approved tandem and trio configurations. This allows several compressors to be combined and the cooling capacity to be tailored to the actual system requirements. The specific combination must be checked against the current Copeland approvals prior to design.

Refrigerants and operating conditions

For the ZR72KCE-TFD-522, the product data provided specifies the refrigerants R134a, R407C and R22. The Copeland ZR product family also includes special models for R513A. However, an R513A approval for the version offered here must not be automatically inferred from this.
