Functional Features:
• The products are compatible with CHC, CFC, HFC, CO2, as well as with their oils and related additives designed for use with Group 2 PED 2014/68 / EU non-hazardous refrigerants For the use of CARLY components with the Group 1 liquids of the Hydrocarbons type - Propane R290, Butane R600, Isobutane R600a, Propylene R1270 - with HFCs and the transcritical CO2 and for an application organic cycle of RANKINE, please contact the technical service at CARLY.
• The classification of the products according to their nominal size in EC categories can be seen from the table of PED 2014/68 / EU . • They consist of a flexible stainless steel tube with a steep wave profile, welded on both sides and covered with a stainless steel wire mesh.
• Nickel-plated steel flange Standard models, for screwing SAE, for soldering ODF. • Standard lengths: 1 meter and 1.5 meters.
• The flexible hoses are cleaned, dried and individually wrapped in plastic film.
Applications :
• For flexible connection of mobile or fixed components in refrigeration and air conditioning systems.
• To separate the equipment of a plant to prevent the transmission of vibrations.
• They compensate for deviations in the dimensions of pipelines and thus prevent mechanical stress.
Especially suitable for:
- Mobile cooling equipment, such as showcases
- Installations where components must be removed for cleaning
- All installations, refrigerators or air conditioners which contain a moving part
