High-quality B&R wheel tool consists of a bell-shaped housing with spindle drive, a B&R wheel cone and several clamping jaw bearings. The Bördel head has three conical rollers that roll on a support cone. Thanks to the rolling function, the tube is not pressed into shape by friction, but is rolled out evenly with minimal force. No pipe damage occurs with sensitive materials. Once the tube has its shape, the tube can be finely rolled and aligned without spindle feed using a switchover button. During the rolling process, the copper tube is held by hardened precision clamping jaws, which ensure a tight fit without damaging the tube. Absolutely burr-free, even and tight pipe joints.
