It uses Rapid Rail™ sensor technology to measure temperatures quickly and directly. It is not affected by ambient air, wind or moisture on the pipe. The TC48 can be used for measurements on pipes up to 4 1/8 inches, making it the largest pipe clamp on the market and perfect for working on industrial and refrigeration systems. But not too big. We have developed the TC48 for easy one-handed use - a great advantage for pipes that are difficult to access. And thanks to the extra-long cable (1.5 metres), you no longer have to squat down to measure the pipe temperature.
