Anti-corrosion spray (corrosion protection spray) frigo-it
frigoit evaporation protection spray is a special corrosion and weather-resistant protection based on iron III oxide.
The use of high-purity iron oxide pigments in a flake-like arrangement provides long-lasting, weather- and water-resistant surface protection.
In a salt spray test, metal parts coated with frigoit evaporation protection spray showed no corrosion even after more than 2000 hours. It is used wherever copper cooling pipes are protected against corrosion:
- Vinegar and other organic acids
- Amines and ammonia compounds
- chlorides
- salts
- cleaning agents
are exposed.
Application:
Clean and degrease surfaces, e.g. with spray cleaner, shake can well before use. At room temperature (approx. +20°C), spray frigoit evaporation protection spray evenly twice crosswise at a distance of approx. 25cm.
Consumption for 1½ cross coats: 160ml/m
Storage:
Pressurised container. Protect from sunlight and temperatures above +50°C.
